Hearty Spinach Casserole

Cook 1 pkg spinach 5 minutes over low heat, no water.
Cook 1 cup short grain rice as directed on package,
but use 1 tin consommé in place of water.
Put spinach in bottom of casserole dish, add rice and sprinkle with accent or other
seasonings. Next layer sliced hard boiled eggs. Over all pour 2 cups think cheese sauce.
Put in 325* oven for 20 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
