Spinach Cups
2 cups boiled spinach
2 tbs butter
2 beaten eggs
1 cup milk
3/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp paprika
dash cayenne
few drops onion juice
2 tsp lemon juice
1 cup tomato sauce
Combine all ingredients except sauce. Pack in greased cup molds.
Bake at low heat 300* in pan of hot water until firm.
Unmold and
serve with hot sauce.
