Spinach Mold
1 pkg. spinach cooked till tender and put through grinder
3 unbeaten eggs
1/4 cup carnation milk undiluted
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients, turn into a buttered ring mold and steam for 2 hours.
Unmold and garnish with hard cooked eggs and carrots.
Fill the inside of the mold with mashed potatoes or creamed mushrooms.
