Spinach Soup with Rice

1 pkg spinach
8 cups chicken broth
1 cup rice
2 tbs grated cheese
1 tsp salt

Wash and cut spinach leaves into inch sized pieces.
Heat chicken broth to boiling, then add spinach and salt.
Cook for 3 minutes.
Add rice and cook until tender.
Serve hot, sprinkled with grated cheese.
