Spinach & Bacon Salad
6 cloves garlic, quartered
3/4 cup french dressing
8 bacon slices
1 pkg spinach
3 chopped hard - cooked eggs
Add garlic to french dressing, cover, refrigerate 2 hours.
Meanwhile fry bacon over low heat until crisp, pouring off fat as it cooks.
Drain bacon , crumble. Tear spinach into pieces in salad bowl.
Sprinkle eggs and bacon on top. Remove garlic from french
dressing. Pour over salad. Toss. Serve at once.
