Sweet & Sour Spinach

4-6 cups spinach
8 strips diced bacon
1 tbs brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
few grains pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp dry mustard
3 tbs vinegar
1 tbs water

Boil spinach until tender, drain and keep hot.
Cook bacon until crisp. Combine dry ingredients and add to bacon.
Pour over hot cooked spinach.
